Computer controlled pre-treatment, application, and hardening processes ensure exacting quality for every unit that moves through the system.

Price Powder Coat technology is markedly superior to the Electro Deposition Systems used by most air distribution manufacturers. In fact, Powder coating is often used to finish products that are exposed to harsh conditions and external elements. Good examples are exhaust fans, rooftop equipment, mail boxes and lawn furniture. Powder coat resists scratching, chipping and staining.

For custom colors and color matching, a liquid spray capability is utilized. The combined capabilities of both systems enable Price to offer the variety of finishing options needed to meet your unique requirements. Salt Spray Exposure ratings are a strong indicator of corrosion resistance. Price is the only air distribution manufacturer who meets the stringent requirements of a 500 hour Salt Spray Exposure test. Many air distribution manufacturers publish Salt Spray ratings of 48 – 96 hours. Products that are properly finished through the powder coat process provide much longer service in coastal areas or applications with high humidity.
